Beautiful scenery, great places to visit, disabled and family friendly camping in West Sussex The Southdown Way Caravan and Camping Park is beautifully positioned at the foot of the South Downs in West Sussex just north of Brighton and on the edge of the villages of Keymer, Hassocks and Historical Ditchling. The site is flat and open, with stunning panoramic views of the South Downs and the famous Jack and Jill Windmills. The camping and caravan fields are unspoilt and surrounded by open countryside. facilities available Laundry room - washing machine and dryer Communal freezer and fridge Dish washing area Caravan hard standings provide individual water, electric and grey-water drainage points Provision is made for Fire Pits and Barbeques, but these must be raised off the ground Fire Pits for hire at reception

Route directions

How to find us From the North: Leave M25 and join the M23 Brighton ant then the A23 . Leave the the A23 at Pyecombe (BP services) A273 turn left when through service area up and over clayton hill approx 1 mile take the right fork to join the B2112 New Road signpost reads to Plumpton, Ditchling After Approximately 2 miles at Junction of B2112 and Lodge Lane turn left into Lodge Lane. The entrance to the site is immediately on the left. ( Look for the White Farmhouse opposite this junction on your right). The Caravan Park It is very visible on B2112 The entrance is signed and is identified by Traffic Cones. From the South: From the Brighton by Pass Leave A27 at London Gatwick Junction. Join A23 proceed North. Leave A23 join A273 Hassocks - Pyecombe, pass Pyecombe Golf Course on right. After approximately 1 mile leave A273, immediately after Clayton, Turn right at junction of A273 and B2112 New Road. Take New Road B2112 signposted Plumpton - Ditchling. After about 2 miles leave B2112 join Lodge Lane. (Look for White Farmhouse on Right opposite junction) Site entrance immediately on left and is signed and identified by traffic cones. Sat Nav's you are ( welcome to call for help with directions ) Please be aware that Sat Nav’s and Google Maps have a tendency to send you to Park Road which is a small housing complex and is not near our entrance. It is difficult to turn a caravan in this road.
