This campsite is in the grounds of the YHA Salisbury. The large garden is very quiet, and offers plenty of space for campers coming to enjoy the city of Salisbury and the site of Stonehenge nearby. On site you can enjoy the use of all of the facilities of Salisbury Youth Hostel, including the self-catering kitchen, TV lounge, laundry and washroom facilities. At night guests have overnight access to the camping block (with shower and toilet). We serve a buffet-style cooked/continental breakfast and also offer packed lunches which can be booked on arrival. Home-cooked evening meals are also served. The hostel is a licensed premises and serves a selection of beers, lager, wines and spirits. Our barista can also offer you freshly made coffee from our popular range of coffees, teas and hot chocolate. A small self-catering kitchen equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans is available. Cloths, tea-towels and washing-up liquid are also provided. Fridges, kettles several toasters, four ovens and a microwave are provided, and there are also three fridges and a freezer. Sorry, campfires are not permitted.

Route directions

If you are arriving on foot, YHA Salisbury is well signed on Milford Hill, at the bottom by the traffic lights. The train station is situated 1.5 miles away and the bus station just 0.5 miles away. If you are arriving by car, follow the brown signs that appear on the main approaches to Salisbury on the ringroad, avoiding the city centre. The brown Youth Hostel signage can be spotted on the A36 ringroad.
