The Pinelodges are sited on a five-star (ETC) holiday park in 44 acres of woodland. Pinelodges sleeping from 2 to 8 are available to rent for weeks or short breaks. Each is furnished to a high standard, with flat screen TV and Freeview channels, fully equipped kitchen, all linen and electricity is included. Some lodges even have a private outdoor hot tub. Dogs are welcome in some lodges (please mention when booking). Wheelchair friendly lodges are available. Evolution Health & Fitness Centre on the park has an indoor pool, gym, spa, sauna, steam room and beauty therapy rooms. The Forester's Inn serves lovely home-cooked food. The Little Monkeys Play Centre will keep the children happy for hours. Tennis, mini-golf a trim trak and orienteering are also available. There are plentiful walks in the surrounding forests and countryside. Cycles can be hired from reception.

Darwin Forest is located on the B5057 between Chesterfield and Darley Dale, approximatley 20 minutes from the M1. The postcode is DE4 5LN. If you are using SatNav please be aware that the Darwin Forest postcode will direct you to Sydnope Hall which is 1 mile beyond the park (to the south west and further along the B5057). A car is advisable to enjoy the area to the full but the nearest railway stations are Matlock and Chesterfield.
