- The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
- Facilities/activities including golf are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.
- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
- Kids' and adults' entertainment is on every Friday and Saturday night until 13 July. From then until 2 September it is on six nights a week. Ticketed events are not included in the price.

Liked: Our first time in caravan absolutely loved it, everyone on site was helpful so much to do for the kids and the dog was really happy that we could take him to the bar at night

Disliked: Electric was metered after £5 per night which was not included in the description or terms. Bar didn't serve food outside of friday to Sunday, not mentioned. Wifi did not work and there was barely anyone there, so couldn't have been due to demand

Disliked: Was advertised as 16amp electric included only to find when we got there it was £5 per night so had to buy extra £15. Which we had not budgeted for. Receptionist not very welcoming just matter of fact no pleasantries like how was your stay.
