NOW TAKING BOOKINGS FOR 2019! The caravan is an Atlas Oasis with modern pitched roof. Features 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin), kitchen, separate toilet, shower and lounge with dining area. There is also ample parking next to the caravan for two cars. In the kitchen you will find a gas cooker, microwave, kettle, under counter fridge with small freezer compartment, toaster and ample cupboard space. In the lounge you will find spacious seating area, gas fire, 32" TV with DVD player and external door. A small selection of board games has also been left for your use. The caravan is well equipped with all the essentials, however you will need to provide your own sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and towels. Holivans is a family run caravan park In the resort of Mablethorpe. The Tow Bar above reception is a great place to enjoy a drink in comfortable surroundings, and is open to the public and also has Wifi connection. The site also features a launderette for your use throughout your stay. We are ideally situated adjacent to the most beautiful sand dunes and sea-washed sandy beach which are both perfect for picnics and play. Local Amenities Beach - 200m (Sand Train Stop) Land Train - Stops Outside Holivans Cinema - 10 Mins Walk Town Centre - 20 Mins Walk Grocery Store - 10 Mins Walk Ingoldmels (Fantasy Island) - 15 Min Drive (bus stop outside site) Skegness - 30 Min Drive (bus stop outside site) £50 returnable security deposit is required on top of your holiday price. This is returned if the caravan+contents are left in same condition as hired.(undamaged and clean) And keys are returned. A non refundable £50 deposit is required to secure your booking. Keys will be available from 2pm on day of arrival. Please Vacate the Caravan by 10am to allow cleaning.
