On-site accommodation

Admission

• At least one of the party members must be aged 25 or over.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• The site will send you further check-in information -22 day(s) before your arrival.

Changes to your holiday

• Changes cannot be made once you have booked.
• Modifications are subject to a £45.00 fee.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

General

• Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m..
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The sauna (and/or hammam) is open between 29/04 and 10/11.
• The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• This is a quiet site: no music is allowed.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: £50.00 damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
• Hired accommodation: a £10.00 damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required within 7 days of arrival and will be refunded within 7 day(s) of departure after inspection of your unit, should no damage/losses be found.
• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of -18.00 GBP will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Pitches

• Tents are not accepted at this park.

Reception

• There is no reception on-site: on arrival please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• No charcoal barbecues allowed.
• No electric barbecues allowed.
• No gas barbecues allowed.

Taxes

• This area is not subject to city tax.

Visitors

• Visitors must leave the premises by 8:30 p.m..
