Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.- The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.
- Group bookings of 8 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
- Single-sex bookings of 6 or more people (couples and immediate family members excepted) are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
- No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- The grocery shop is open between 16/03 and 15/12.
- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
- The bar is open between 16/03 and 30/09.
- Please note that tents of more than 6 metres across are not permitted.

Liked: It was a lovely quiet location , well kept grounds and friendly staff
Disliked: the showers were nice but you struggled to keep your clothes dry as the wooden division is not adequate to stop the water splashing them.

Liked: All clean and tidy, probably nicest shower block / toilets we have had on a touring pitch. Lovely powerful hot showers.
Disliked: The long narrow lane to get to the site. Would have been nice and happy to pay extra to have option to leave the caravan packed and parked up for a few hours on departure day to go off for a few hours but told not possible.

Liked: Received Avery friendly and thoughtful welcome. As it was so wet, different pitches were recommended to me and I was able to choose where I wanted to be. There is a lot of. Space between pitches and they had hard standing, drive on pitches, which is why I chose them. (Didn't want to be stuck in the mud!) The toilets were just amazing. Immaculate, new, music playing, warm. I've never seen anything like them on a campsite. The location is set back from any roads. It is so quiet, it's perfect. You can just hear the birds singing. It's also protected from winds which is great.
Disliked: Nothing except the single lane that needs to be driven down to the site. I had a new campervan and wasn't too confident I would be able to get out of trouble if it came to it, so that was my issue and the lane is only short. Maybe it needs a wider passing place/ more passing places.

Liked: Absolutely everything the pitches where a very good nice .site was very very quiet only the birds no traffic at all .The toilets and showers were excellent piped music under ground heating and extremely clean… the staff were very pleasant friendly.. they sited our caravan at no extra cost … have booked again for August.
Disliked: Nothing apart from having to leave.

Liked: Lovely clean well kept site - shower blocks exceptionally clean. Shop well stocked with essentials. Barney’s bar - nice place with good food. We will be back
