Set in 25 acres of picturesque, unspoilt countryside in the heart of the Lake District, award winning Park Cliffe offers visitors a tranquil, yet accessible, retreat from the hurly-burly of modern life. Just a short distance from Bowness-on-Windermere, the park is in a world of its own with breathtaking views over fell, lake and an abundance of woodland wildlife – squirrels, roe and red deer, foxes and birds – in evidence all around. There are lots of great walks right on the doorstep and the park’s natural features – especially the meandering shallow beck – are even more popular with children than our specially designed adventure play area! Whether you arrive at Park Cliffe with tourer or tent, hire a caravan or camping pod or to enjoy a regular break in your own luxury holiday home, you’ll find a warm welcome from our friendly staff, plus peace, comfort and fresh air aplenty in this most beautiful location with a range of modern park amenities to tempt even the most discerning traveller.
