Thriftwood Country Park is located in the rural village of Stansted with views of the surrounding North Downs, and is within easy reach of London. Set in 20 acres of peaceful woodland in the heart of the Kent countryside, this award-winning family park has a large touring area with an excellent choice of pitches. We have hard and grass pitches with electric hookup, woodland walks, a licensed bar and a heated outdoor pool with a sun terrace to bask on. You’ll find the facilities at Thriftwood Country Park first class: we apply the highest standards of maintenance and cleanliness throughout. Dogs and other pets are welcome. Thriftwood Country Park is open all year round.

Route directions

Heading south via M25 Leave the M25 motorway at Junction 3. At the roundabout join the M20 (Junction 1). Leave the M20 at exit 2. At the roundabout take the first exit: A20 to West Kingsdown. After approximately 0.5 miles turn right into Labour In Vain road. The park is signposted and the entrance is on the right. Heading south via A20 Leave the A20 at the M25/M20 intersection and follow A20 signs to Brands Hatch. After passing Brands Hatch continue through West Kingsdown passing under the motorway. Turn left into Labour In Vain road. The park is signposted and the entrance is on the right. Heading east via M25/Gatwick From the M25, stay in the right-hand lane and follow the signs for Maidstone/M20/Channel tunnel/Dover. Remain on the M26 for 8.5 miles and exit at Junction 2A. At the roundabout (Wrotham Heath), follow the A20 signs to Brands Hatch. Pass two roundabouts; continue on the A20 towards Brands Hatch. Travel up a steep hill, go over the roundabout at the top and followthe A20 towards Brands Hatch. After approximately 0.5 miles turn right into Labour In Vain road. The park is signposted and the entrance is on the right. Heading north via M20 and A20 Wrotham Heath Leave the M20 at J3 to (M26). After approximately one mile leave at Junction 2. At the roundabout (Wrotham Heath), follow the A20 signs to Brands Hatch. Pass two roundabouts; continue on the A20 towards Brands Hatch. Travel up a steep hill, go over the roundabout at the top and follow the A20 towards Brands Hatch. After approximately 0.5 miles turn right into Labour In Vain road. The park is signposted and the entrance is on the right.
