Liked: Nice and clean, really friendly helpful staff. Facilities really good with plenty to do on a rainy day and the bar and restaurant of a good standard. Beach is great and the rock pools even better.
Disliked: Dogs not being allowed on the beach, made it hard to go on the beach as a family without leaving the dog in the caravan. Appreciate the reasons why but maybe one end being dog friendly would be great.

Liked: The view, the facilities, the staff (esp the lady on security who welcomed us), the fish and chips, the shop, the beach, the walks and the bus from Otterton.
Disliked: The hill! But that’s cos I’m unfit!!

From the manager: What a gorgeous photo of the bay, thank you for sharing and for leaving us an amazing ten out of ten review. You don't get the views without the hill, it's a good job the fish and chips were worth the hike! We look forward to you coming back for another visit in the future. Liked: The Staff were great, every single one of them, really friendly & helpful. Inhouse entertainment team were also great. The chefs cooked really well with a great menu.
Disliked: Large group of rugby players were very noisy, couldn't here the group play at all. Very muddy pitch almost got stuck (113) getting on and off. almost no breakfast options, could do with a good breakfast buffet. not much to do during the day for adults on a rainy day.

Kind regards, Aimee and the Ladram Bay team

Liked: Very clean site.
Disliked: Not really dog friendly at all. You are allowed to bring yr dog but they’re not allowed anywhere inside or at all on the beach which is just unbelievable. Another customer complained about this and they replied saying they want to keep all their customers happy. But they’re not keeping their dog owning customers happy just making them feel unwelcome.

From the manager: Thank you for leaving your thoughts on your stay, we are pleased to read that you found our holiday park to be clean. Our policy on dogs features in the terms and conditions of booking which you would have received via email, and it is also accessible from our website. Although not permitted on the beach there are several recreational fields where dogs are welcome, and we do have a coastal path that runs through the park which is great for glorious dog walks with amazing views. Dogs are also welcome on the terrace of pebbles restaurant and the foyer of the leisure complex. Kind regards Aimee and the Ladram Bay team

Liked: For a couple with a 1.5yr old everything was very easy. So much stuff for children to do during the day and lots of activities like soft play to tire them out!! the indoor swimming pool with slides was some of the best we've been too, all booked with time slots so that its never to busy. This is the same as Sunday Roast which was very high quality as was all the food and drinks, certainly not what you would expect in UK holiday park, in terms of quality (Pitches/Toilets/Showers/Food/Drink/Entertainment) Ladram Bay is up there with the best!
Disliked: Red mud around pitches and a steep walk back from the entertainment to the pitches. But if anything this helps burn off all the gorgeous food you've just eaten

From the manager: We are so pleased that you found Ladram to be an easy option for your family getaway, it certainly sounds that you all had a great time using all of our facilities and dining on-site. We hope that you come back and visit us in 2024. Kind regards Aimee and the Ladram Bay team
