A uniquely peaceful, adult only, park based on a garden theme, with pitches set amongst lawns, shrubs and flower beds. The site is within 800 meters of a championship fly fishing lake, the surrounding country park is a haven for bird watchers and walkers. All pitches have electric hook up, the toilet and showers have been refurbished to a very high standard and are heated in the winter. There is a utility room with dish washing and ironing facilities. A car is available to hire from reception for motorhome users who would like to explore the area without moving their van.

The park is approached from the A37 or A38 which are linked by the A368. Follow the A368 & enter Bishop Sutton, turn opposite the Red Lion public house and follow Ham Lane for 800 meters until reaching the site entrance which is well marked on the left hand side.
