Bookings are subject to the following conditions that the guest accepts when booking:
- Espace Blue Océan only accepts bookings for tourism purposes
- All guests must provide a form of ID on arrival.

Cancellation by the campsite: In the event where the circumstances causing cancellation are out of our control, the full amount will be reimbursed. In the event where the booking is cancelled due to elements beyond the campsite’s control (floods, fire or other reasons stemming from ‘force majeure’) no compensation will be offered than the refund of the money paid.

Late/delayed arrivals must be notified as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to re-let your unit. No refunds will be offered. Check-in and check-out must be done within reception opening hours. Management will not be held responsible for costs incurred (hotel, restaurant) through failure to arrive within opening hours. Reception is open from 8am to 10pm.

A valid vaccination certificate (including rabies) must accompany your dog. Your dog must be microchipped. Dogs must be kept on a lead and supervised at all times. We do not accept breeds/cross breeds of Staffordshire Terrier, Pitbull Terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

Please keep your pitch and the facilities tidy and clean and follow any necessary instructions for use where indicated. Please note: rubbish is not collected on the campsite, dirty water, rubbish and any waste must be disposed of in the indicated areas. Recycling must be done by reception.

Please check the inventory of your accommodation on arrival. This must be signed and returned to reception on the same day to report any issues/missing items.

A €440 damage/cleanliness deposit is required on arrival for accommodation hire and will be refunded within a maximum of 8 days following departure should no damage/losses be found during inspection of your unit. Accommodation should be left clean and failure to do so will result in €90 cleaning fee being charged.

A €20 deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the car park barrier pass.

The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable or who break these conditions of stay. No refunds will be offered.

The size of your tent must be provided when booking. Failing to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Vehicle access is permitted from 9am to 10am and from 6:30pm to 7:30pm (except for arrival/departure day). Guests have access to the 24-hour secure car park.

Bicycle riding is forbidden on site after 10pm

Washing must be done in the allocated area provided (cars included).

Charcoal only is permitted in the communal barbecue area.

In the case of dispute, the Tribunal de Commerce de Dax (Dax Business Tribunal) will hold jurisdiction.

Facilities and additional services:

The swimming pool is heated by solar energy and is open from 15th April 2015 to 15th September 2015. It is supervised from 10am to 8pm. Swimsuits are obligatory and shorts are not permitted.

Security on site operates from 10pm.

The bar is open 6pm to midnight and the restaurant is open from 7.30pm.

The laundry room is open from 8am to 8pm and is charged at €4 per washing machine cycle and €3 per drying cycle. An iron is available at reception.

The grocery store is open from 8am to 1pm and from 6pm to 8pm.

Bikes can be hired on site, subject to availability, for approximately €6 per day or €42 per week.

Free internet is available at reception (15 minute login only). Wifi access from unit/pitch is available at extra fee (approximately €12 per week)
