  • Peaceful rural site surrounded by fields and woods
  • Just over an hour's drive from ferries at Calais and Boulogne
  • Indoor and outdoor kitchen areas for guests' use
Peace, quiet and fresh air – sound good to you? If it does, set a course for 7 Valleys Glamping, a small rural site in the Flers region of northern France, 10 kilometres from Saint-Pol-sur-Ternoise. ‘Are we nearly there yet?’ Actually, we are. You’re only just over an hour from Calais here, so if you’ve come over on the ferry from Blighty the kids won’t have to wait very long before they can get out of the car and start running around the gardens or building dens among the trees. The site is surrounded by fields and woods, so is fab for roaming about by day, relaxing of an evening and getting a good night’s kip afterwards. For dins, you’re welcome to light a barbecue by your pitch, or you can use the indoor or outdoor kitchen areas. Alternatively, make the 15-minute journey into town and its range of restaurants: English-speaking owners Claire and Joe can recommend their faves.
