You might want to put down roots. Camping Campo dei Fiori, in Tuscany's Province of Livorno, is a big and shady site set in a pine forest, covering 16 hectares of lush green land – and a simple 700-metre stroll from the golden sands and clear blue waters of an Etruscan beach. Settle down for long lazy days among these handsome site surroundings and well-kept facilities: a swish big pool surrounded by palm trees, a Jacuzzi, a huge solarium area fitted with parasols and sunbeds, and a most pleasant bar for snacks, appetisers and happy hour cocktails. And there's a shopping centre… with a couple more bars, as well as a restaurant, a pizzeria and a supermarket selling fresh and local produce… and a playground and a football pitch, courts for tennis and volleyball, ping pong tables and bike rental so you can pedal down gently to the beach. Music events for all ages are arranged during summer days and evenings too. Amenities are well thought out and well looked after too, at the seven groups of bathrooms with hot showers, the laundry with coin-operated washing machines and dryers, and two shady and secure parking areas.

Liked: Camping FAVOLOSO!!! Consigliatissimo per famiglie.. pieno di attività per non annoiarsi! Il punteggio più alto per noi va dato al mini club... ragazzi favolosi e disponibilissimi soprattutto simpaticissimi!! Consiglio anche per una vacanza di coppia, molte attività fra yoga,freccette,acqua gym e molto altro!!! Ristoranti, mini market fornitissimo, e soprattutto l'accoglienza è stata ottima! Ci torneremo sicuramente!!GRAZIE DI CUORE A TUTTO LO STAFF!!!

Liked: Very nice staff. Doing their best to give you a great time. Switched some days because of bad weather conditions and had No Problems doing so. Best Bike Rental on site. Very nice family that reserved US the spots before we returned. Wer will gladly come back. <3

Liked: Mi sono trovata bene in tutti i sensi,il posto e molto bello in mezzo alla natura,il posto è sicuro perché c'è sempre la sorveglianza soprattutto di notte.i bambini possono passeggiare tranquillamente perché c'è un orario preciso dove le macchine possono entrare ed uscire. Il posto ha molti campi sportivi per le varie attività,calcio tennis basket pallavolo ..

Liked: Rapporto qualità prezzo, campeggio ombreggiato perfettamente, market, ristorante e reception gestito da persone capaci e molto gentili.

Disliked: Il personale delle pulizie esegue un lavoro molto buono, ma alcune signore hanno un modo di dialogare molto ostico e poco duttile, non è una problematica di tutto il personale ma di una buona parte. Invasione di zanzare, dovuto a zona adiacente paludosa.

Liked: Camping Urlaub mit Wohnwagen. Tolle, gepflegte, ruhige Anlage teilweise im Pinienwald gelegen. Mit einer schönen Poolanlage. Bis zum Mittelmeer waren es ca 1,5 km Fussmarsch, was aber gar nicht so schlimm war, da man zum Strand ebenfalls durch einen Pinienwald gelangt ist. Es gibt aber auch die Möglichkeit vom Camp aus mit dem Shuttlebus zum Strand zu fahren. Die sanitären Anlagen waren relativ neu und wurden 2-3 mal am Tag gereinigt. Das Personal war stets freundlich. Die Stellplätze waren angenehm groß, relativ eben und überwiegend umgeben von Hecken. Es werden viele Aktivitäten angeboten wie z. B. Wassergymnastik im Pool, Volleyball, Tennis, Fußball...gur die Kleinen gibt es dort den Miniclub, wo ebenfalls viel mit den Kids gemacht wird. Es ist auf dem Gelände ein kleiner Supermarkt, in dem man kleinere Einkäufe tätigen kann, eine Art Kiosk/Warehouse wo man Badesachen, Campingzubehör, Postkarten etc kaufen kann und ein Restaurant, wo man sehr gut essen und den Abend ausklingen lassen kann. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner, familienfreundlicher und demzufolge empfehlenswerter Campingplatz bei dem das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis mehr als passt.

Disliked: Nicht so gut fanden wir dieses Jahr die vielen u. a. bellenden Hunde. Wir lieben Hunde und haben selber zwei zu Hause, aber das Bellen ging teilweise bis in die Nacht und war dann schon nervig. Zudem gab es einige Hundebesitzer, denen es egal war, ob ihr Hund ein Häufchen gemacht hat...das blieb dann halt liegen. Auch war nicht so schön, dass die Hundebesitzer nicht darauf geachtet haben, dass die Hunde gegen die Hecken der Parzellen pieseln. Es ist nicht schön, wenn man gemütlich vorm Wohnwagen sitzt und dann pieselt ein Hund an „deine Hecke". Ein weiterer negativer Punkt ist, dass von einer Nachbaranlage nachts die Musik rübergeschallt hat.

The Camping Campo dei Fiori team reckon that the site's setting in Tuscany and on the Etruscan coast has it pretty well placed for holidays balanced between nature and culture, from the wildlife and landscapes of the islands of the Tuscan Archipelago to the architecture and museums of cities like Florence and Pisa. The beach is metres away from the site for days of basking on golden sands or taking to its waters windsurfing, kite surfing, sailing, catamaran sailing or jetskiing. As it's the Etruscan coast, several other first-class beaches are within a couple of kilometres too: try Vada-Mazzanta to start or, a bit further away, the surfing and horse riding of Cecina Mare. Other options are touring the local vineyards to sample some spiffing Bolgheri wines, taking the ferry over to Elba, or pottering around the many military fortresses and old churches of province capital Livorno.

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
Units will be allocated on arrival.

Changes to your holiday

Bookings cannot be amended within 3 day(s) of arrival.

Dogs

Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

Extras

Facilities/activities including tennis courts are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.
Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

General

Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
Entertainment and activities are available between 10/06 and 10/09.
In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
