  • A 10-hectare site close to Lake Levico and Caldonazzo
  • A 45-minute drive from Trento; Levico Terme within five minutes' drive
  • Pool, two restaurants, private lake beach and multilingual staff
Keen to get out into the great Italian outdoors? See it as your due at Camping Due Laghi. Due Laghi's 10 hectares lie in the Valsugana valley near the walks and watersports of Levico and Caldonazzo lakes, with easy access to the 80-kilometre Valsugana bike path from Trento to Bassano del Grappa – you'll surely manage it in one day…? The spa town of Levico Terme is within five minutes' drive to ease aching muscles afterwards. Active options on site include a football pitch, volleyball and tennis courts, and snaking up and down lengths in the swimming pool. Too much? Soak up the sun by the pool instead or lounge around on Camping Due Laghi's private lake beach while the kids are sorted at the playgrounds or at the paddling pool (both pools are supervised). If you then have the energy, regular entertainment is offered up by the site's multilingual team, as are local excursions. There are two restaurants on site too, and daily essentials are sorted in the small grocery store. Dogs are welcome and can get in on the outdoor action with a run around their own private exercise area. Mountain biking, hiking and rafting are all available nearby.

Local attractions

Hiking, paragliding, waterskiing – this is indeed an active area... Take to two wheels for a pedal all the way along to Bassano del Grappa on the Valsugana Bike Path, part of the Claudia Augusta cycle route from Augsburg to Venice. Happily, a few famous distilleries are at your destination for cold and lovely refreshments at the end, and if you really feel too knackered to ride back, the local train track runs parallel the entire way along the path. More gently, have an two-hour amble around Lake Levico and its several beaches before a snooze by the shore, and once your energy levels are back up, take to a paddleboard on the surface of neighbouring Lake Caldonazzo. The city of Trento is 45 minutes away and has much to see: start off at Castello del Buonconsiglio and the Duomo cathedral, before a look at the Museo Tridentino di Scienze Naturali science museum and the art museum at the Palazzo delle Albere.
