Venice! And sand! A site with direct access to a white sandy beach, to be exact, and also with a swimming pool, and a bar with happy hour, and a supermarket selling delish Italian food and Italian wine at reasonable prices… The supermarket at Camping Ca'Savio also sells fresh fruit and veg brought in daily, fresh bread and milk, baby food, gluten-free food, a wide selection of beers and drinks and quite a bit more – but if cooking on holiday is very much not your thing, the good news is that tasty pizzas, trad Italian dishes, international specialities, fish, hors d’oeuvres and meat served up in the site restaurant (with a handy kids' menu on hand too). The bar has ice cream, coffee, drinks and – you may well be cheerful to find – a daily happy hour at 5pm. For facilities, Camping Ca'Savio has the aforementioned pool as well as a paddling pool open from mid-May to mid-September and a pirate ship to climb for the kids (aaarrrr, really). From Whitsun to mid-September the site team provides activities and entertainment in different languages for children and adults including a kids' club for kids aged five to 12, evening entertainment, music and sandcastle contests.

Liked: Sanitair. Zelf wc papier meenemen vond ik wat minder. Begrijp het wel vanwege douch/wc/wastafel in dezelfde ruimte. Wc papier in zo een vochtige/natte ruimte zou niet handig zijn. Oplossing ergens buiten deze ruimtes op centraal punt wc papierautomaat. Nodige hoeveelheid afrollen en meenemen naar voornoemde ruimten. Koele schaduwrijke plaatsen. Groot genoeg voor auto en caravan. Loopafstand van het strand. Voor ons 200 m. Mooi zandstrand met voldoende ruimte. Geen gedoe met verhuur van bedjes parasols polsbandjes etc etc. Geeft een vrij gevoel.

Disliked: Hoeveelheid verkopers op het strand vanuit Africa zou wel iets minder mogen.

Liked: Miejsce na wypoczynek super. Bardzo duży i przestronny camping. Parcele z dużą ilością cienia, camping położony nad samym morzem, sanitaria czyste i sprzątane bez przerwy. Polecam wziąć rower lub hulajnogę ze względu na wielkość campingu :) . Na pewno tu wrócimy. Serdecznie polecam.

Pedalo hire is available at Camping Ca'Savio's nearest beach, but if you'd rather get about under someone else's steam, the city of Venice is a 30-minute ferry ride from the nearby port of Punta Sabbioni. Suggested day trips from the site include visiting the famous three islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello; the city of Treviso and its Prosecco vineyards, and the ancient farming village of Lio Piccolo. Booking terms and conditions

Admission

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
Units will be allocated on arrival.

Extras

Facilities/activities including wi-fi are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.

General

Bookings must not be for more than 21 consecutive nights.
Entertainment and activities are available between 18/05 and 14/09.
In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
Quiet (afternoon) hours must be respected between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m..
Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m..
The bar is open between 24/04 and 05/10.
The grocery shop is open between 24/04 and 05/10.
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Pitches

Units should not be left unoccupied unless previously agreed with the management. Please speak to reception when the need arises, a fee may be charged for unsupervised units.
You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.
The outdoor swimming pool is open between 24/04 and 05/10 (subject to weather conditions).
