Liked: Our second stay on the site, our first stay was so good we booked this second with friends for my partners birthday. Hot tubs all heated for arrival all clean and tidy. Welcomed on arrival and lovely staff helpful throughout. They had a cancelation before our arrival and moved our friends next to us which was a lovely thing to do. Will defiantly stay again

Liked: I previously stayed in February for my birthday and had an amazing stay, couldn’t fault a single thing.
Disliked: I paid an extra amount for the hot tub to be hot in our arrival at 2pm, Easter Sunday!!! When we arrived the hot tub was empty…we had to wait nearly 4 hours for it to reach a reasonable temperature and even then it was cold at the bottom!! The stay was more stressful than relaxing!!!

Liked: We had one night in a bell tent with a hot tub. A wonderful experience and pure relaxation! The bell tent was so warm, clean and well equipped and the wood fired hot tub was blissful. The wardens were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Toilets and showers were immaculate. A lovely, peaceful campsite experience

Liked: Absolutely loved our stay here! We chose the deluxe bell tent, honestly the best site we have ever stayed on. The tent was well insulated, clean, spacious, comfy and charming :) welfare facilities were extremely clean and constantly re stocked. The log burner hot tub was amazing and the festoon lights around it were a lovely touch. Tara was helpful and attentive, great host!
Disliked: Nothing to really dislike, would of liked to have stayed longer!
