Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.- The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
- Single-sex bookings of 3 or more people (couples and immediate family members excepted) are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
- No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- Facilities/activities including watersports are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.
- The indoor swimming pool is open between 24/05 and 04/11.
- Units longer than 7 metres are not allowed.
- Group bookings of 3 or more people under the age of 21 are not permitted via Pitchup.com. Where multiple bookings are made these must be made with the name registered to and staying at that pitch, only one booking can be made per name. Bookings may only be discussed with the individual whose name the booking refers to. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the bars and restaurants after 10pm. Only working dogs are allowed in the bars and restaurants.

Liked: Everything was great we wasn't expecting a lot but their was plenty to keep the kids occupied swimming pool was well maintained very warm which was good. Great weekend by all loved fire works and girl band.
Disliked: Only thing really was their was no fair and half arcade games were not on and some the games were having trouble with tickets etc.

Liked: This place was huge, offered so much too. We had the dog who limits you but still plenty to do. Dog friendly pubs, etc and lots for the kids.

Liked: Have been going to Billing for many years now, such a lovely site - plenty to do if you want it, but at the same time lots of open space if you just want peace and quiet - we like a mixture of the two, so it's great for us, and the improvements by the new owners are coming along a treat - great new shower / toilet block and also loving the amphitheatre with the giant screen - that will be fab when the Euro games are on, so hope to visit again soon - nice to see pitch rates are still very reasonable - so many other sites are over-charging in my opinion - having said we have been for many years we only recently found out about the stunning waterfall a short walk for m the park (see piccie) which was a bonus

Liked: This site has a lot going for it, and its clear that money is being spent on bringing it up to date. New shower/toilet blocks (although only 1 of 3 hand-driers working in ladies in Shellduck 3). Pool nice and booking system meant it wasn't overcrowded. Lovely fish and chips - crisp batter and twice cooked real chips. For kids meals, it was chicken strips, not pre-formed and processed. Staff friendly and welcoming. Great outdoor music area.
Disliked: A few inconsiderate neighbours who didn't understand site etiquette.
