Liked: Wonderful location & kind helpful hosts with freedom of choice for pitchup looking out onto picturesque landscapes. Great for tent or boxtents. Easy to contact staff with considerate fellow campers.
Disliked: Unlevel pitches on soft soil, especially harder to manoeuvre for larger vehicles after inclement weather.

Liked: This camp spot is perfect, it gives wild camping with a few added perks including portaloos on site. Sophie does rounds throughout the day and evening offering fire pits, logs and great conversation.. She's ace! She'll even pull you out, if you're stuck. Literal wonder woman of the site. The view of ullswater lake and the mountains behind is beautiful. Highly recommend :)
