Liked: From the first contact with Nicki, this was a very enjoyable getaway, she was friendly and helpful. The site has everything you need, loos, showers, washing machines etc, all nice and clean. The area is lovely, lots of coastal walks, pubs and eateries. It was fun to watch the boats on the model boating lake and the wildlife too. Dog friendly site and a great area for dog walking.
Disliked: I personally would have liked a bit more privacy on site with bushes separating the plots but that is just my personal opinion.

Liked: Right on the side of the lake, nice pitches, great toilet block and sinks for pots. short walk or ride to the town centre for shops, short walk to the beach area. Bet it gets busy in the summer. Nicki and staff really friendly, She knocked on to welcome us and ask if we needed anything although it was her day off. If we're down that way will pop in again.

Liked: The size and space around the pitch. The situation of the camp in regard to the lake estuary and town centre, also the thing that made it for us was the site manager Nicki who was so helpful and friendly that we would go back to see her .
Disliked: Not the most modern shower and toilet block but was spotlessly clean so was fine
