  • Motorcycle-only camping field in rural Denbighshire, North Wales
  • A 15-minute ride to Snowdonia National Park and Llyn Tegid lake
  • Pop-up site run by bikers; five minutes’ drive to shops and petrol
Run by bikers for bikers, Bikesite North Wales is found on a smallholding near Corwen in Denbighshire. We are centrally located for all that North Wales has to offer from stunning beaches to activity centres with numerous rides through stunning Snowdonia and its surroundings including the famed Snowdonia 360 route. It’s a peaceful pop-up site in a level, one-acre paddock where you can choose your own pitch, sheltered by the hedgerow. Amenities at this adults-only spot are basic (portable toilets and charging facilities), but all guests are guaranteed a warm welcome by the site owners (they’re bikers too, after all), who are there to answer any questions on local information, bike rides and bike-friendly stops. Want to stretch your legs? No problem, there are quiet tracks and footpaths direct from the site, and a range of lanes are within easy reach for any off-road enthusiasts. Petrol and essentials are available at the small supermarket five minutes’ drive away, and if you’re craving a fry-up to get you going for the day, there’s a relaxed café in Corwen (10 minutes’ drive), just off the main A5, which serves a tasty Welsh fry up for breakfast.

Non-electric grass tent pitch (motorcyclist, no cars, solo)

Liked: Host's were very hospitable, Tim and Jan are an absolute delight and easy to get along with. Tea or coffee on arrival and in the mornings, which was very nice. Loved every second of being surrounded by the animals they own too. Will definitely be using Tim and Jan to camp again for sure!

Disliked: Nothing.

Non-electric grass tent pitch (motorcyclist, no cars, solo)

Liked: Great amount of space to choose your pitch. Warm welcome from the couple who run the site. There are benches and a fire pit to use with the ability to purchase logs from the owners. They toilets are clean (port-a-loo) and they have running cold water. I liked the no children policy (I left mine at home for a reason) allowing for a good atmosphere.
