On-site accommodation

Admission

• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Changes to your holiday

• Changes cannot be made once you have booked.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
• The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
• The bar is open between 23/04 and 12/09.
• The grocery shop is open between 23/04 and 12/09.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The restaurant is open between 23/04 and 12/09.
• The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: €200.00 (£170.86) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
• The damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit required on arrival can only be paid for in cash.

Pool

• Swimsuits are obligatory and swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 23/04 and 12/09 (subject to weather conditions).

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Vehicles

• Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
