Μου άρεσε: Absolutely fantastic. Big spacious pitches with loads of space between them. Long grass with mown paths. Just the right side of wild. Really friendly place too, the owners and the other guests were all lovely!

Μου άρεσε: Beautiful setting, amazing sunsets, lovely mown paths & pitches. Our children had a ball crawling & running along the paths. Very well kept & the owners are super friendly without being intrusive. Such a picturesque place & great base to explore Exmoor & North Devon from. Would definitely recommend & return!

Μου άρεσε: Contact met de campingeigenaren. Mooi uitzicht, midden in de natuur. Veel ruimte op campeerplek.

Μου άρεσε: We like just about everything about this site - its location, its basic but well presented facilities and friendly, knowledgeable owners. Plus there is no wi-fi which is brilliant -get away from it all

Μου άρεσε: We loved the people who owned it, the quietness, the view, the safeness as no cars allowed on field, the value for money! It was as close as you can get to wild camping, with compost toilets and a little shower that did the job. Only 15 mins from Barnstaple, and amazing walks and access to Linton and lynmouth easy too. We will definitely be back! The in-laws who are not campers stayed a night with us to test it out and they want to join us next time in the Shepard's hut! An absolute gem to find, don’t want to sing too loud as we have looked at dates to book again and hope it’s available! Thank you for such a lovely trip.

Μου άρεσε: Had a lovely stay, the host was lovely and welcoming as well as informative. Pitches were well spaced out and facilities were well kept. Wheelbarrows and fire pits onsite worked perfectly. Wealth of information provided on local walks, tide times etc. Particularly enjoyed the onsite farm walk through the fields and woodlands, very enjoyable.

Μου άρεσε: The toilets and shower were spotless. The owners were kind, helpful and friendly. The pitches were set out with good distance so you didn’t have someone over looking you. The washing up facilities were spotless and the information board was fun to read. The views were incredible and the whole site was so peaceful. We enjoyed plenty of nights star gazing with the children and saw lots of shooting stars. The site was child friendly and fenced in but with plenty of areas to roam. The children particularly enjoyed watching the farm animals and blackberry picking. Parking area was a short walk from the tent and it was nice not to see cars about in the field. The wheelbarrows were fun for the children to help with too. Fire pit provided free of charge and logs for a small price. Campsite was well placed for visiting the local beaches and towns. Plenty to do in the area! But just far enough out to feel like you’re escaping. Unsure about Wi-Fi but the signal on the campsite was great. Overall this was the best campsite we have stayed on and we would love to return again one day! I would highly recommend this site for people and families of all ages and sizes.
