Family run site through summer (April - October) open on weekends and Bank Holidays. Large quiet grass site with stunning views and very close to Grassington town centre with all of its amenities. Grassington is situated in the Heart of the Yorkshire Dales and home to All Creatures Great and Small. If you are lucky enough you may even bump into James Herriot whilst they are filming the next series! There are ample facilities within Grassington including three pubs, numerous cafes, restaurants, shops, small supermarket and even a fish and chip shop. A pint of Yorkshire ale is never too far away. Ideal location for country walks with the Dales Way and Grass Woods readily available whilst the River Wharfe is less than five minutes walk and leads to the iconic Linton Falls. If cycling is your forte then you are spoilt for choice with some of the best cycling in Britain close to hand. The site occupies a quiet location with easy access off Grass Wood Lane. This is a spacious grass site with no water and limited facilities other than those available in Grassington.

  • The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.
  • No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
  • The campground/park caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.
  • At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
  • This is a quiet campground/park: no music is allowed.
  • Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the campground/park are unlit.
