Royal Vale Caravan Park is an award-winning adults-only site set in the middle of Cheshire countryside. It’s five minutes’ drive from Knutsford and a short way from the M6, so it’s easy to access for a quick stopover. It’s worth pencilling in enough time for a longer trip exploring the local area by walking or cycling on a bridleway running from the park to a local pub, however, or jumping in the car towards local sites like Tatton Park (15 minutes) and the Jodrell Bank observatory (10 minutes). Royal Vale is also close to the towns of Wilmslow (20 minutes) and Alderley Edge (20 minutes), and is 45 minutes from Chester. Prefer your strolls to be around fairways? Get a game of golf in while you’re here – there are courses less than 15 minutes away. Fishing lakes are close by too. Pitches at the park are supersized, so there’s space for your setup, and each is on firm, well-maintained ground with cut grass. The park has a security barrier to keep you – and your belongings – safer and free wifi is available.
