Liked: Very friendly and welcoming beautiful campsite with lovely walks and beautiful views! The kids enjoyed looking at the animals and playing in the forest! Tee pee tents were furnished with comfortable beds. Great shower and toilet blocks!
Disliked: Was a little disappointed with bed linen…there were no mattress protectors and the pillow protectors didn’t look very clean!

Powered cement/asphalt and grass travel trailer campsite
Liked: Fantastic views of the rolling Devon hills. Extremely peacful location (far from road noise). Level pitches. Toilets/Showers always extremely clean & plenty of hot water. Goats, Sheep & Alpacas on site. Football Goal, Climbing Frame & Trampoline by cafe, & large Play Barn for younger children. NOTE: The roads to the East, heading to Southleigh and Colyton are exceptionally narrow, not suited to caravans or larger motorhomes. PUB: Hare & Hounds was excellent carvery + other mains.

Liked: A well thought out layout, lots of activities play equipment and safe areas for children. We really enjoyed the walks, easy to follow signs. Beautiful country side, peaceful in the middle of nowhere but very easy to find with clear instructions on email. Weekend entertainment and BBQ was just the icing on the cake.

Liked: Bar Flat tent pitches. Excellent and lovely staff and excellent food in the morning.
Disliked: Went to toilet in the night and pulled handle off door - no lights so could Not fix. Taps high up for young children. Toilets a long way from tent location.

Liked: The shower and toilet block was lovely and seemed to be brand new. Nice hot showers. Multiple play areas for young kids in the outdoor playground and indoor play barn. The owners were also very welcoming and invited us to us their bouncy castle and trampoline at a private party they were having.
Disliked: A fairly long walk to the toilet block from the back field
