Me gustó: Lovely location, owner lovely, enjoyed our stay toilets are very basic but did have what we needed.

Me gustó: The location, great for walks and canoeing. Simple site as specified, very clean and tidy.

Me gustó: Everything - location, layout, atmosphere, fellow campers, everything was great

No me gustó: the rain LOL thankfully there wasn't too much of it

Me gustó: The field was a lovely size, really clean and well looked after. Location was fantastic.

No me gustó: Toilets were clean and functional just maybe need a touch TLC as the lights didn’t work. Overall absolutely fine if you remembered to take your own light.

Me gustó: The location is great, good for walks with local pubs and crabbing. You’ve also got the water for the kids to play in. The campsite was nice and chilled too. Could be a great site with the option to have electric.

No me gustó: No electric pitches yet ( but I’ve heard they are on with that ) The toilet s in the static caravan were far too small, your knees were touching the door and there were no lights in there, so remember your tourch :-) If this was sorted it would the perfect sight for us.

Me gustó: site was nice, brilliant spaces to pitch as wanted, owner came to check we had booked and if we needed to know anything, basic toilet and showers but that was all we needed, would book again to stay.

Me gustó: Didn’t need much more to be honest, they had clean toilets male/female shower in each, a water point, shops were a 5 min walk or town centre is 10 mins in car with everything you need, there was a lot camping when we were there but there was still a lot of space for kids to play football/rounders etc great little campsite would go back, the owner came to visit when you arrive is friendly and lets you know where facilities/ shops are

Me gustó: Location

No me gustó: AVOID..... although it's in a good location, it's horrendous. No hot water for showers or washing up - not a biggy as we can go without showers for a few days. No lights in toilet, often run out of toilet roll and toilets are filthy. There appears to be no rules at all, dogs running free at all times, I have dogs and they camp with us but we pick feaces up and know where they are at all times. several parties going on at once till early hours, people being sick, swearing and throwing litter everywhere. Cars coming and going at all ours, people revving engines. I've been camping for 20 years - in campsites, pop up campsites, independent campsites, commercial campsites, wild camping and car camping and this is by far the worst campsite I've stayed at.

Me gustó: Very kind and helpful, even called several times when the tent nearly took off when the wind picked up

Me gustó: Loved everything host is amazing ensuring everyone is happy and prepared Locals very welcoming to visitors. Clean and tidy Lovely views Perfect for walkers Lots of wild life Kids can be kids, which was lovely to watch , kids having fun not on computer screens

No me gustó: Nothing to do with the camp but ensure you take everything needed very small village no supermarket Luckily the host lent us his log burner so kids could still have a fire as usually we would buy a bbq and then use this for the fire but no local sells, small shops for tea milk etc other then supermarket which is usual for small village every thing perfect, no fault of camp ensure you take what you need and will be no issue
