A aimé : Little park on site we were allocated beside car park so easily to get to car. Little tv room and pool table really spacious and ideal for local theme parks.

N'a pas aimé: Bumpy entrance to car park. But nothing serious great facilities

A aimé : Very friendly , lovely clean site and warden helped us a lot which we are thankful for

A aimé : We loved the location. The welcome from Angie was lovely - very friendly and helpful. It was quiet. The facilities were clean and well looked after. Apart from the toilets and showers there is everything else you'd need - washroom, plenty of water points and rubbish Disposal. The pitches are a good distance apart. The site just felt well cared for and safe. It's by the Thames and there are some lovely adjacent fields to run your dogs. There is an outdoor gym in the park next door. Pubs in walking distance in either direction.

N'a pas aimé: That we didn't stay longer ! We'll be back though.

A aimé : Friendly staff with good local knowledge. Good clean facilities and right on the river bank, great for us who wanted to paddleboard along the Thames

A aimé : The campsite is nestled by the river, and has great pitch sizes. We had our dog, and there are walks surrounding the site which allow them off lead time, as well as pubs in close proximity for an evening drink or dinner. Our reception and the customer service was fantastic, on arriving and on leaving. We were very impressed. There is a large toilet and shower block which is really clean.

A aimé : Lots of space, quiet surroundings on a beautiful part of the river with a good park nearby. Helpful manager who directed us to our pitch and told us where everything was. Good warm showers in a clean toilet block. Short drive to local amenities. Stayed here for visiting Thorpe Park, Chessington, legoland and a train in to London.

N'a pas aimé: Didn't bother me so much but when planes are taking off from Heathrow in a particular direction it can be quite noisy in the late evening especially in a tent. However there is a curfew on flights I think from 10.30pm so it does quieten off also when not taking off in that direction noise was minimal as on most of the days we were there.

A aimé : Lovely welcome by warden who couldn’t do enough for you Nice walks along Thames and into village where shop stocks most thing and very friendly We only had 2 day stop over but very pleasant

A aimé : Super friendly team, easy to get checked in and setup, really relaxed atmosphere and great facilities on site. The kids and my partner loved it!

A aimé : It’s a very friendly site and has a vibrant atmosphere, we didn’t feel like we had to be silent on a night and my child played with other kids until 11pm (including the wardens son who was a brilliant kid), we loved the relaxed attitude of the camp. I particularly liked that the play park was centred in the middle of the field, meaning you can see your children at all times. Gates were locked on a night and wardens were based at the exits in their caravans which meant children were safe and we could relax knowing this! I was wary because of reviews but it’s under new management, they’re really friendly and welcoming. I would definitely go back to this campsite
