A aimé : Very friendly welcoming on site Immaculate grounds and facilities Very quiet at night and had an amazing sleep Loved the bugel to announce the bar opening and raising the flag! Will definitely be back

Unfortunately we have to have a check in time of 2:00 PM to allow our prior guests time to leave, and any maintenance of the pitches to be done, weeding, strimming etc before arrival of our new guests. We hope you will visit again very soon.

A aimé : Our first stay at Flaxton meadows but it won’t be our last. The facility’s are excellent, so clean and modern. The pitch’s are very spacious . The grounds are very well maintained, there are a couple of peacocks roaming around the site and even a couple of robot mowers on the go There is a lovely dog walk round the perimeter of the site. The staff are so friendly and helpful and best of all the bar where we met some lovely people. . A very enjoyable weekend and we can’t wait to go back…..

A aimé : Lovely quiet site. Met on arrival and shown to pitch. Washrooms immaculately clean. Little bar on site was a bonus.

A aimé : The facilities are immaculate, very warm with heated floor. Little club house on site with friendly staff. Drinking water on every pitch. Scenic and very relaxing..

N'a pas aimé: WiFi is extremely poor and Internet connection is non exsistent.

A aimé : Facilities are outstanding, club house was really good and well priced, close to monk cross shopping centre and easy access to York to leave car at outlet and get bus into York.

A aimé : A wonderful, peaceful site with huge pitches hard standing pitches and some lovely landscaping including a very pretty lake with an island in the centre ( from which we saw a huge heron gracefully take flight on our first evening). We were greeted by friendly staff to show us our pitch and brief us about the facilities. The toilet and shower block are fantastic! Spotlessly clean and toasty warm. Loved the eco friendly vibe, the nature trail and the sound of the curlew.

N'a pas aimé: Not a dislike as such, but useful for campers to know the toilets are closed between 10:30 and 12 daily for cleaning. Also the bar has limited opening hours on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. You need transport for this site as shops and pubs are not really within walking distance.

A aimé : We only stayed a couple of nights, but will stay again. The staff were very friendly and everything was clean. The pitches are big which was good, as we had 2 cars.
