- No s'accepten reserves per a comiats de solter o soltera a través de Pitchup.com.
- Algunes instal·lacions/activitats, com kids' club, swimming pool, Saturday evening show, estan subjectes a costs addicionals que s'han de pagar en arribar al càmping.
- La botiga d'alimentació està oberta del 01/01 al 31/12.
- La piscina coberta està oberta del 01/01 al 31/12
- No hi ha ningú a recepció després de les 17:00. Si creieu que arribareu més tard, aviseu el càmping per tal que l'equip us pugui proporcionar la informació necessària sobre la vostra unitat/parcel·la.
- Està prohibit banyar-se al llac.
- Fishing permits are available from reception at a cost of £14 per session. Fly fishing only is permitted. A maximum of three fish may be taken per session. Unfortunately, many park locations and much of the accommodation is unsuitable for visitors with mobility issues.

Em va agradar: Staff were friendly and helpful. Site was ideally situated for access into Wooler. The site was very clean and tidy. Pitch was even and level. WiFi was excellent.

Em va agradar: Nice well run touring site next to and within easy walking distant of the small town of Wooler set in the beautiful rural countryside of Northumberland
No em va agradar: Strange set up with clubhouse bar and grill, arcade and swimming pool etc situated off site and across a main road. Not a major distance or a massive issue to us, but a bit strange. Well maintained but small toilet block which could be a problem in busy peak times

Em va agradar: Site is very well kept and has X 3 play parks that are well equipped. Wooler village is a 10 minute walk with several bars restaurants & CO-OP
No em va agradar: Touring facilities shower / WC are very poor and let the site down

No em va agradar: Water supply not available for all pitches, grey water disposal not suitable for motorhome as it was behind toilet block.

Em va agradar: The play parks were great and a very safe site for children. Entertainment team and facilities were excellent, lots of activities on. Great cleaning facilities.
No em va agradar: Toilets were alittle smelly but not unclean.

Em va agradar: We love it here and we’re returning! On this occasion, the weather has absolutely battered the place and everything was waterlogged, like many places. Don’t let this affect a return, we had a great time last summer.
No em va agradar: Touring facilities are still in need of an upgrade and/or a good clean. We disliked the weather and hope the sunshine comes soon!

Cabana pod
Em va agradar: The park and facilities were great. Had an issue with an unknown male but reported to reception and they put on extra security. Pub was great. Mini fridge also in the pod.
No em va agradar: The pod was advertised as could hold 6 adults but 1 dropped out and it was a good job. There is no way you can fit 6 adults in the pod. On their website they state the pod is for 2 adults and 2 children. This needs to be reviewed by pitch up.
