No em va agradar: Still quite noisy with been near main road, I would recommend swapping pod round 180 degrees, I think then it would be fine

Del gerent: Thank you for your review. Unfortunately due to an issue on the A66 traffic was diverted which caused a lot or excessive bank holiday traffic along the road. This is not normal for our road. As you can see 92% of our pitchup guests state ' peaceful' as their main comment when staying here. In the 3 years we have been open & over 600+ guests you are the ONLY guests to comment on road noise. Unfortunately road closures/accidents/diverted traffic are beyond our control. However you will note that as of 8pm that day the road reopened and traffic became minimal as video footage taken after your social media comment can prove at 8pm, 9pm, 10pm & the next morning 7am & 8am too. However as a small family run site we were extremely upset that despite us going out of our way to ensure your hot tub was heated for your arrival, messaging to let you know we would heat your Hot Tub for your return (which i can guarantee other sites do not do and if they did there would be a charge whereas we are free) & the complimentary welcome hamper which includes prosecco you have marked us down for customer service & felt it necessary to make a derogatory comment on our social media platforms ....whilst still checked in! We pride ourselves on looking after our guests & ensuring their stay in as perfect as possible. We even stop all farm work after 7pm on the off chance the make any noise. We will take your comments on board, advise people to drive more carefully as to not cause accidents thus diverting traffic past our site & will consider turning the pod - However I'm sure our guests who personally request that pod (and there are many including guests from Holland and USA & 2 social media influencers who have all booked to come back/stay in the same pod again) who might be a bit upset about this.
Excellent site, it was very clean, the family were so friendly.

Em va agradar: We really enjoyed every minute of our stay at the pods, it was amazing and we have booked again for next year, thank you Emma and family for all your hard work and being amazing hosts! Everything was so clean and had all essentials for cooking.

Em va agradar: Spotless pod with everything you need. Emma went beyond and above! Beautifully decorated the room for my partners birthday, provided Prosecco and birthday cakes which were delicious! Amazing hot tub!

Em va agradar: Great site and really well set up Loved the bits in the pod including all the usually needed bits in the kitchen that are often forgotten making it an easier stay. Hot tub was a great extra. Such a quiet site which was lovely

Em va agradar: What a lovely break we had at the Pods by the stream. Emma was the hostess with the mostest, balloons, cakes, heated hot tub, and bubbles for our joint retirement. All ready and waiting for us on our arrival. The pod was perfect really warm and so well appointed we didn't want for anything. Star gazing from the tub was so special, the twinkly lights decorating the pod was such a lovely touch. Can't wait to return.

Em va agradar: Accommodation was spotless and beautifully decorated. Hosts are very attentative and provided more then enough for us to enjoy our stay. Beautiful farm and surroundings! The hot tub was warm ready for us to use with enough towels and robes for our stay. Hosts ensured we had enough space and privacy to enjoy our stay, but through great communication and an informative booklet, we felt at ease which allowed us to enjoy this awe inspiring part of the country comfortably.

Em va agradar: Gorgeous Pod, really equipped and subtly decorated for Halloween which the kids loved! Nice game selection and the information provided was excellent! Great to have a TV with lots of viewing options available too. Hot tub ready for us returning each day which was really kind! Nothing was a hassle for the hosts which was really lovely. Great views and clear skies meant star gazing in the hot tub was beautiful. Really clean area with everything we needed plus more. The breakfast hamper was great and would highly recommend. Took a blow up bed for our 2nd child just as they're not great at sharing but there was definitely room for the 2 of them on the sofa bed. Would highly recommend
