Liked: Really enjoyed our stay at Lathkill Campsite this weekend. It was last minute plans so we went for somewhere within an hours drive from us and we were very happy with the choice. It was easy to find following the sat nav, plenty of space to pitch up. Everyone around us were friendly the atmosphere was great. There is a lovely pub nearby which has amazing views 😍, also a short drive into Bakewell. Those who run the site came to check us in and offered us a burner and some wood to make a fire for £12 which was a lovely touch, we toasted marshmallows by the fire in the evening. Toilets were nice and clean I was pleasantly surprised for a campsite, also fresh drinking water available from a tap. I thoroughly enjoyed the night we spent here and we will certainly be back again in the future. Thank you ☺️

Liked: We were looking for a one night campervan park up with toilets. Lathkill wild campsite online and what a little gem it turned out to be for just £15 on bank holiday Sunday night! We will absolutely be back again! Beautiful view, quite, choose your own spot to pitch up on, three very well maintained toilets and a urinal unit. Neil the guy that owns the site was very friendly and came over to say hi, we bought a bag of logs and the use of one of their fire pits for only £12. This was great 😃 we had a lovely little fire before bed and again in the morning to cook our breakfast 🍳 20 minutes walk to Lathkill hotel, great food with a beautiful view! Thankyou for a relaxing stay 🌲
