Non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked: So much space, plenty of places to pitch and plenty of clean toileting facilities. Level ground with lovely walks close by.
Disliked: Having to pay for hot water to wash the pots, don’t mind having to pay for showers though as plenty of time to get showered. Have to wait a while for hot water to wash hands in the toilets.

Liked: Roomy, beautifully located. Friendly and helpful and went out of their way to assist. There were a lot of DofE participants whilst we were there but we were in separate fields and they were really well behaved, by 10pm they were in their tents and chatting quietly

Non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked: Beautiful place, quiet and secluded. Amenities were great nice and clean
Disliked: The children doing the Duke of Edinburgh awards had there own field with there own toilets and showers but unfortunate split of them choose not to use them and came up to the other field’s amenities. This made it difficult for campers in the camping fields to shower out go to the toilet as there were children taking over

Non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked: We loved the space and the gorgeous views The facilities are good, though we tend to be self sufficient in the motorhome. It's close to Bakewell and only 35 mins from the high peaks
Disliked: There is a Duke of Edinburgh site below the main field but we had no real issues as the kids were quiet once it to late evening and had gone early morning on a hike. The electric pitches do back onto the toilet and shower block so there is some noise from the DOE kids sometimes, but not really disturbing.
