Liked: Really peaceful camp site, super friendly warden who kindly gave us a few teabags as we forgot ours. Good facilities, small play area for younger children and pub next door with a good sized play area too. There is WiFi but we didn’t use it so unable to comment. Will absolutely be visiting again.

Liked: Clean and tidy, quiet. Wayne the warden was really friendly and gave local recommendations. Nice little fishing lake. Perfect WiFi. It’s on the flight path to East Midlands airport so you see planes fly over all day and night. Great for my little boy to spot the planes.
Disliked: Only one shower. Wasn’t a problem for me as I didn’t see anyone else in there but could have been an issue if it was busier (we stayed midweek)

Liked: We had a great bank holiday. The site was just what we were looking for. Plenty of nice walks in the area. Wane the warden was fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
Disliked: The only thing I would upgrade at the site is the toilet and shower block. Other than that no complaints.
