Disliked: Me personal I wouldn’t allowed the Ice cream car to come between caravans/tents and playing that music which also was too loud and two times in a day…my both kids woken up after only 20 min naps because of Ice cream car music…people are there for relaxing/sleeping or whatever I think is a bit unpleasant that car there.

Liked: An excellent site. Lovely welcome upon arrival.. nothing too much trouble for the wardens. Booked an extra night on last day as we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Exceptionally clean showers and toilets. Picnic table at pitch was added bonus

Liked: We have recently brought a touring caravan and this was our first holiday away in it, when we arrived we was greeted by a very helpful lady in reception who showed us to our pitch. The campsite was very well maintained from the pitches on site, to the facilities (Toilets, Showers, Pot Wash etc). Our kids made friends with others around site easily and the children’s play park kept them busy as well. Nice walk into Stourport on Seven which has plenty to do as a family. On site has plenty of wildlife that roam around the site which was great to see. Great having a late checkout time of 12, so we didn’t have to rush about and take it steady. Our eldest is already asking if we can book next year! Great site and would recommend to anyone!

Liked: The staff are very helpful. The site is beautiful and amenities sufficient.

Disliked: Shower block ok. 2 out of the 5 toilets didn't flush properly and the shower temperature was either hot or cold. Probably a little too hot to shower a child.

Liked: Playground, location, well organised set up, loved that the kids had more opportunity to run more free than in the city

Disliked: I was glad we had an edge pitch, it felt quite dense around the pitches. Despite it not being possible to book large group bookings, there seemed to be quite a lot of groups. In general the no noise after 11pm was observed but not by all, and it was surprisingly noisy up until 11. Several noisy groups which seemed a bit out of keeping with the young kids playground.

Lickhill Manor Caravan Park is a short walk along the river from the canal town of Stourport-on-Severn. If you're not one of those lucky lucky sorts to have brought your own boat, meander here lickety split for canal trips, steamer cruises, amusements, heritage wanders and more at Stourport Riverside and Stourport Canal Basins: the Severn is the UK's longest river so you're bound to find something to get your whistle whetted. Elsewhere, this Worcestershire wildlife haven is a most convenient locale for other adventures, like a whopping total of 11 nearby fishing pools and the West Midlands Safari Park (or – a splendid idea – combining fishing with critters at the Shatterford Lakes Wildlife Sanctuary & Fishery). Two most interesting museums are in the vicinity: the award-winning Black Country Living Museum at Dudley, 26 acres with 80,000 items in its collection (and tram rides), and the Bewdley Museum, with resident craftspeople and loads of local artefacts. The 16-mile trip of the Severn Valley Railway is also a topping option as a heritage highlight, as are Hartlebury Castle and Worcester Cathedral within easy driving distance. If the kids like the West Midlands Safari Park, take them to feed the deer at Rays Farm just over the border at Brignorth in Shropshire; here there be llamas, alpacas, donkeys, micro pigs, rabbits and 25 owls too. Booking terms and conditions

Admission

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

If the reception is closed on arrival, please check in at the Booking Office.
Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
The site will send you further check-in information 14 day(s) before your arrival.

Dogs

Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).

General

Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
Bookings must not be for more than 28 consecutive nights.
Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m..
Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Occupancy

Group bookings of 3 or more units (e.g. tent, touring caravan, motorhome or accommodation hire) travelling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
Group bookings of 4 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
Single-sex bookings of 4 or more people (couples and immediate family members excepted) are not permitted via Pitchup.com.

Pitches

A cable measuring at least 20 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Reception

If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. between 01/01 and 31/12.
Reception is unmanned after 5 p.m.. Please inform the site while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.

Safety

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
Firearms are not permitted.
Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
Open fires are prohibited.
Swimming in the lake is not allowed.

Taxes

This area is not subject to city tax.

Vehicles

Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
No vehicle movement between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m..
Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Visitors

Visitors must leave the premises by 8 p.m..
Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
