Lower area fully-serviced gravel touring pitch (super)
Liked: The site itself was really nice. The pitch was spacious & level. The chip shop was really good. Toilets & shower areas were clean. The clubhouse was as expected as very similar to every site you go on. Nice view if you take a walk up to the grass tent pitches. Staff were friendly & helpful. Bus stop at the site entrance was very handy.
Disliked: Not much to be honest as we are quite mobile & can get on a bike & ride or walk to the garage (24hrs) & pub down the road. 1. The clubhouse, chip shop & shop only open Friday to Sunday. I understand why regarding the chip shop & club but the shop I think could have been opened instead or combined with the reception. (Just a suggestion) 2. Dog bins!! Lots dotted around the site but none on the long road when leaving the site to catch the bus. (A long walk back if the dog leaves it too late). This is a nice site & I would return if only for the fish & chips (very good)

Liked: The view was amazing. Toilet block was big, plenty of toilets and showers, also very clean. Plug sockets and charging ports available too. The lounge bar was decorative with olden memorabilia and was a lovely area to sit and chill out in. Entertainment for the kids over the weekend and a singer for all ages too. The fish and chip shop was an added bonus which we really enjoyed and the on site shop was well stocked at all times with plenty of choice.
Disliked: Field was very muddy, cars and campers getting stuck. A problem that cannot be helped after a lot of rain.

Liked: Pitches are great We stayed on lower section which was very level on the hard standing. The site shop is very well stocked and open till 7 Fish and chips are nice too reasonable priced Showers stay on while showering instead of pressing a button all time. Mira electric showers. Good location for Scarborough or Filey We walked to Scarborough and Filey along coastal paths But there's a bus stop at end of road The plough pub is 15/20 mins walk away Pub and entertainment on site too
Disliked: Dogs only aloud in conservatory of pub so you feel like a bit of a outcast when the entertainment is on watching through the windows Shower pressure isn't great Only 3 showers on lower ladies block so at busy times need to wait Also they could be cleaner
