Liked: I didnt realise this was part of Seal Bay resort. Seal bay is HUGE and so many options - you nearly dont need to go off site. The facilities were good and clean. Staff were great. There is a on site bus service to take you around the site. There are places to visit off site/in the area.
Disliked: There were alot of places on site not open, even though things stated they were/would be. I can only assume as we stayed mid week, and it is considered low season. I can imagine the site been extremely busy and overwhelming during peak season.

Liked: A newborn and 3 yr old and there was so much to do a weekend was not enough so we will be back! There was so many activities the jump nets were fab and just £2.50 for an hour! The soft plays and swimming all included were clean and warm and the shower blocks were immaculate. The site is bigger than expected but we loved the walking as it was flat and easy with a buggie.
Disliked: More to do than we realised so need longer 5days+

Liked: Site easy to find by putting postcode into satnav.
Disliked: We were very disappointed. On arrival we were not allowed onsite and had to make a very long journey back home. The lady at reception said that because we have no side windows our van is classified as commercial van and thus not allowed onsite. Although the T&Cs say that no commercial vehicles are allowed onsite but converted campervans are, there is no definition or clear written articulation as to what comprises of a commercial van vs otherwise. Clearer and less ambiguous t&c will be appreciated.

Liked: Lovely clean site, shiny loos and working showers, gleaming sinks and all facilities working as expected. Nice dog walk, dog wash excellent. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable and working hard to keep people happy.
Disliked: One side of toilets closed on 2nd night of stay making the additional walk more difficult for disabled and older customers to walk to. No sign added to say closed or where to go to.
