Liked: Cheap hardstanding stopover, water and chemical disposal and optional electric
Disliked: This is definitely a one nighter on your way to somewhere else, there's nothing to do here other than walk the country lane to Lochfoot. Owner wasnt happy that we had 2 dogs with us, she said they were not allowed, even though pitch up said they were, next van on got wrong as well for having a dog, same reason

Liked: Friendly host who went out of her way to make me welcome and shared about the area. Very peaceful setting. No shower or toilet facilities but knew this and have it all in campervan anyway so no worries.

Liked: Lovely and peaceful campsite. Hospitable host recommended a trail to a stone circle and an old church. So we enjoyed a great 2h walk.

Liked: Really basic stop over. As a lone female traveller I personally feel safer and more relaxed booking somewhere but some proces are far too much for me. No toilets but not a problem for me. Basic hardstanding pitch. Electric hook up if you want. Nice surroundings and some folks socialising in the little shepherd huts. Booked on pitch up 20 mins before arrival and the couple were friendly and welcoming.
