Liked: Site was busy but plenty of space per pitch (park where we wanted) and not noisy. Rules were stuck to and everyone was pleasant and owners/staff very welcoming. Check in nice and easy and happy to help. Working farm (which i actually like). Great night sleep in our camper van. Everything you need: Toilet blocks, showers (unisex), fresh water, chemical waste disposal, laundrette, etc. More than happy with our 1 night impromptu stay and we would be more than happy to return. Staying were myself, husband and our dog. The campsite is dog friendly. We only paid £21 for the night (including £1 for our furry one), great price. Well located for Rhos on Sea, a nice walk away and also for Llandudno, just 4 miles away. Free wifi is also a great extra for the price paid. On a bus route too with bus stop at the end of the access road. Thanks for having us at short notice
Disliked: If we had to be picky, hubby said mens toilet block needs more attention regularly. Sinks were really dated and showed it, many of the toilet cubicle floors were wet from leaking toilet basins and only 2 out of approx half a dozen loos had toilet paper in them. Ladies toilet block wasnt bad but more monitoring would be an advantage to customers, especially when site is busy. However we do understand this is a working farm also and the family are busy. Maybe a member of staff could be allocated toilet duties more often?

Liked: Easy last minute booking Fast response. Lovely greeting at reception, very welcoming and knowledgeable. Loved the surroundings and of course the animals. Liked Toilets , Showers, Waste disposal And fresh water.
Disliked: Toilet block could do with a spring clean but I suppose it’s expected as it is a working farm.

Liked: I wanted to leave a detailed review as seeing some of the negative comments about the site I did feel it only right to give my honest opinion. I booked last minute for 1 night for myself and my cat in my campervan. When I arrived the reception had closed, although it was before the last arrival time shown on Pitchup. I telephoned the out of hours number and a member of staff was with me in no time at all. I found this person to be really helpful and friendly and felt very pleased I had booked albeit for just one night. I was told where all the amenities were and to park anywhere on the field. I always like this because you can choose where you want to be for your stay. It was wet in places (given the terrible weather we've been having for so long). Afraid of getting stuck as my van is pretty heavy and not great when being towed, I telephoned the number again as I'd been told to do if I had any problems and was told to go up and park on one of the hard standing pitches. I offered to pay but was told there would be no extra charge because it was only for one night and I didn't need electric. I was very grateful. I was able to get a shower, empty my grey water and my chemical toilet and fill up with fresh water. It was very peaceful, set in beautiful fields with dark skies and nothing but peace. Everything was absolutely perfect. I will definitely be booking again. Thankyou to all at Dinarth Hall for a wonderful stay.

Disliked: Grass could have been cut, a bit shorter to pitch tent but this is a personal preference.
