Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.- Group bookings of 6 or more units (e.g. tent, touring caravan, motorhome or accommodation hire) travelling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
- Group bookings of 10 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
- Single-sex bookings of 10 or more people (couples and immediate family members excepted) are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
- No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area.
- At least one of the party members must be aged 21 or over.
- A cable measuring at least 25 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
- Units longer than 10 metres are not allowed.
- Minimum spacing of 6 metres between pitches.
- Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
- Bookings must not consist of more than 4 different households.
- If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
