- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
- Reception is unmanned after 5 p.m.. Please inform the site while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.
- At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
- Swimming in the lake is not allowed.
- If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

Liked: Lovely setting with lots of activities on site. Paths, trails and bike routes for all abilities. Quiet midweek when we were there. Super warm ladieswashroom facilities. Very clean shower & toilets. The country park was very dog friendly. 20 minutes away from Trago Mills for shopping.
Disliked: Nothing major. Husband said the gents shower area was chilly.

Liked: Location was great lots of walks around the area with lakes and lovely scenery. The toilet/shower block is coded so only campers can use them which is a nice touch. Was only there for one night so didn't get to try out the other facilities such as bike hire and track but will be back. There was a great play area for younger ones too.

Liked: Clean, tidy and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff, great location., Gravity bike park is excellent value and a great place to wear out bike mad kids.

Liked: Clean site with new toilet block, warm showers and heated washing up area. Gravity Bike park was excellent (linked to the campsite) and staff so friendly, kids(7,11) loved the uplift and down hill bike track. Bike hire easy and great value. Cafes had great selection of food including catering well for allergies and vegan diets at good prices. Play park bigger than expected and well equipped for kids ages. Lakes were about 1km from campsite on tarmac path.
Disliked: Only slight thing to comment on was that the water points all at opposite side of campsite to toilet block. No convenience shop on site, for supplies would of had to go into Aberdare (short drive).
