Liked: Views, quiet
Disliked: Lack of hot water in toilet and in washing facilities for £35 per night I think is a lot only place where hot water was available was in the shower which was good in fairness also no heater working in shower room.

From the manager: Thank you for taking the time to review here and on our other platforms. We try to be open and honest in our listing of our tiny site. We state our shower block is basic, has no heating nor hot water in the basins. The value and enjoyment of our site is not found in the toilet block. We are devastated that these points have destroyed your 1 nights stay and that you see no potential in our site to visit again in the future. To avoid your future dissatisfaction in other sites, we would suggest that you read the listing before booking, especially as you have a continental motorhome which lots of sites (including our own) do not accept.
Excellent site and great value.

Liked: An amazing site that caterers all types of travelers. (Motorhomes,Touring Caravan's,Tents). Lovely owners, were really welcoming on arrival and always happy to help! Very bubbly and polite people. A very friendly environment to be around! Very clean bathrooms always were kept clean and tidy! Showers were warm and you are given enough time when using the shower. The bar that was on site is lovely, very welcoming and an amazing view! The bar also had an indoor area and outdoor area. The bar also has live music on Saturdays. The views were absolutely stunning. Really recommend this place! And will be recommending to others. Overall a lovely and clean place to stay. We will be returning again.

Electric hardstanding and grass touring pitch (adults only)
Liked: Beautiful views Honesty box with poo bags, fresh eggs & milk Toaster, kettle & microwave provided Nice size hard standing pitch with big grass area Nice hot showers Small quiet site Bus stop right outside
Disliked: Kids screaming & messing around in toilets both Friday & Saturday night No hot water to wash hands Men’s toilet ran out of toilet paper
Recommend to friends Visit again
From the manager: Thanks for the review - yes one of the two toilets in the men's did run out of toilet paper until replaced as soon as we realised. You are correct, there is no hot water to wash hands. As for the kids screaming - these are our kids that come around to help with cleaning toilets and if their friends are visiting the bar then they also use the toilets. This is limited between 6 - 8pm. They were not screaming or messing around to the extent that it would have impacted your stay. You were in an adults only pitch but the site is kid friendly and we do have a public bar where customers (including kids also use the toilets). Please ensure you book a complete adults only site in future for your own enjoyment. As for your other poor scores - our hardstanding view side pitches are premium with uninterrupted views - we do believe they offer value for money. We do have grass pitches that are £10 cheaper per night but you chose a view side hardstanding premium pitch. If anything is unclean then again please inform us. In terms of wifi - this is not a feature we list on site. As per your 'likes' - we do not list that there is a honesty shop or kitchen area - there are surprise add ons when you arrive. We are a small, family run business and it would be helpful if you could inform us during your stay of any issues so that we can rectify them before you feel inclined to leave a bad review.

Liked: Another lovely stay, our first visit to Laugharne view was the 19th April 2024 and we have already been back to stay 3 times. This site is ideal for families and couples. The owners Sian, mat and their children are what makes this site so wonderful. They are welcoming and after one chat you feel like you have know them for years. You can see how much effort they put in to make everyone’s stay a positive experience. You will always see them around the site checking the area, regular cleaning of the shower blocks, recycling area and chatting with their visitor’s. The site is a lovely central location with plenty of places to visit within a half hour drive . We completed the Llansteffan coastal walk , drove to pendin to have lunch and completed the ragwen point walk, had a day in Tenby and visited Tenby car boot market. It wouldn’t be a true reflection of the site without a mention of the sites Taylor Tow Bar. A lovely little addition to the site where you can choose to join in and sing the night away with their live singers or have a quieter drink outside enjoying the spectacular views.
