Camping Les 3 Ours is on the banks of the Loue river in the Franche-Comté region of the the lower Jura Valley, near the small town of Montbarrey. At the site you'll find a swimming pool, kids' pool, private beach on the river, playground, trampoline, table football, table tennis, pétanque court and multisports pitch for badminton or ball games. There's also a grocery shop, a bar and a restaurant that serves local dishes indoors or on the covered terrace. Toilet blocks have showers and accessible facilities, and there's a launderette and free wifi. In high season, staff organise kids' activities and family-friendly evening entertainment as well as excursions such as canoe trips or food-tasting visits. In the surrounding area you'll find outdoor activities including hiking, cycling, fishing, golf and canoeing, and plenty of natural attractions including the Chaux Forest and several cave systems. Visitors can sample the local comté cheese and visit the vineyards of the Arbois region, famous for their 'yellow wine'.
