Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• Units will be allocated on arrival.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• The bar is open between 05/04 and 31/10.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The sauna (and/or hammam) is open between 03/04 and 31/10.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: €550.00 (£479.34) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.
• The indoor swimming pool is open between 11/04 and 31/10.

Reception

• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 04/04 and 31/10.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Open fires are prohibited.

Vehicles

• No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area.

Visitors

• Visitors must leave the premises by 11 a.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
