  • Eco-friendly mountain site with tons of activities, 5km from the coast
  • Hiking, cycling, quad biking and horse riding from the site
  • Outdoor pool and kids' pool, trampolines, restaurant and tourist train
A vast array of fun stuff is on site to get stuck into at this serene and shaded mountainside spot near the Galician municipality of Oleiros – and although settled peacefully among the slopes of La Curota, beachside days are accessible in less than 15 minutes’ drive too. Set a short drive from several splendid A Coruña province seaside spots, this friendly, lush and well-maintained family site has plenty to keep all ages occupied for aeons… In fact, there’s so much to do on site that one might well find it tricky fitting it all in. Around the local area, drive or bike a few kilometres to splash around in natural outdoor river pools, head to the beach or embark on the hiking and mountain bike trails crossing the property to lead out into the surrounding countryside. Camping Rural Ría de Arosa 2 is an eco-friendly resort that prides itself on its environmentally sound endeavours, like recycling rubbish and using a bio shredder and filtering wastewater, plus employing solar panels to generate power for the communal amenities' 24-hour hot water supply. Also at discerning guests’ disposal are a café-bar and restaurant that use as much locally sourced produce as poss, plus veggies from the site’s own garden. And for leisure? Among the family facilities are two outdoor pools – one main pool and another for kids to safely splash in – plus a tourist train, a playground, a bouncy castle and a roomy enclosed giant trampoline area plus ping pong tables and a multisports court. Guests can also get stuck into in a range of activities organised by the friendly site team during summer, like pottery workshops, foam parties and pony rides for tiddlies’ amusement, as well as archery and pedal-powered or motorised quad bike tours for all.
