Camping pod
Liked: We stayed in one of the camping pods for a few nights with our boy (5) and if was brilliant! All the staff were extremely friendly, one of the managers even let our boy sit in the tractor. Highly recommend!
Disliked: The pod could've done with a few minor repairs like the latch on the door and the window not shutting properly

Camping pod
Liked: The camping pods were very clean, all pillows, and duvets were provided which was great. It was good to have a heater to turn on during the colder mornings. Beds were comfortable and we all had a good nights sleep. Overall the site is quiet, the only noise is from the nearby road, but it wasn’t an issue for us as our pod was the furthest away. The site is family friendly, kids had a great time in the little playground and playing with other children in the area surrounding the pods. The reception staff and site maintenance team were very friendly. Location is great, very close to beautiful Charmouth beach and only a short drive from Lyme Regis. We’ll definitely come back.
Disliked: Communal shower rooms very were clean when we arrived for 4pm check in. However, they would have benefited from another clean throughout the day and/or in the late evening after the peak. When we went there in the morning around 8-9am they were still not cleaned from the day before. Still, they were better than some other campsites we’ve been to. No mixer taps. Showers could have been hotter. The changing area in the shower cubicle had very wet floor and with water not draining fully. Maybe a wooden rack or better drainage system would help as clothes get wet when you change.

Camping pod
Liked: We loved the camping pods, so much easier (and warmer) than staying in a tent and they were big enough for the four of us with some space left for storage etc. Also liked the kids playground, the swimming pool, and the toilets and washing facilities were excellent. Good location close to Charmouth and Lyme Regis within a few minutes drive.
Disliked: Some noise from nearby main road.

Camping pod
Liked: Nice cosy pod, friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere on site. The pods were surprisingly spacious and the bathroom facilities on site were kept well clean.
Disliked: Found the mattresses uncomfortable so didn’t sleep well during the stay, and unfortunately when we visited were days when the on-site cafe was closed.

Camping pod
Liked: The pods are great, warm and comfy The swimming pool is fantastic
Disliked: There is not much space around the pod, a parking space really, so nowhere for the kids to play nearby But the main drawback is the noise of the road, it’s busy and with big lorries so a constant roar, not what I want from a rural camping holiday

Liked: Very clean site. Great swimming pool. Lovely views
Disliked: Childrens play area and grassy spaces too far away from the pods. Washing up area, too far away from pods. Bins, too far away from pods. No hand soap in toilets during our x3 night stay. Noisy road behind the pods that we stayed in. Uncomfortable mattress on double bed.
