Liked: Yes, this was a nice campsite. It was quite and peacefull. Had no issues at all. The staff was friendly and helpful. Showers and toilets were very good, well impressed. This is what I came for. I can imagine this place will be filling up in the next few months. Book whiles you can. My top five for me.
Disliked: My dist like was nothing to do with the camp itself. It's that dangerous 400-500 yards walk around the bend of the road with no pavement!!!! I chose to walk so I could have a few beers. But it is dangerous for all. Unless there was another way to town I don't know about.

Liked: Amazing park Close to Aberystwyth Allowed us to stay a little later and use the swimming pool as it wasn't busy. Very clean and tidy. Helpful. The gentleman was around so didn't have any issues regarding the issues stated regarding reception.
Disliked: Toilet and shower block a little walk from pitches.

Liked: Short distance to town. Nice sized site. Not too big - not too small. Nice layout, tarmac roads, hard standing pitches. Relaxed feel to site. Friendly patrons in the sited vans.
Disliked: Poor signage, reception hard to find and unmanned when we did find. I understand now that no check in is required and you pick your pitch which is fine but this method does mean that you don’t get to ask the little questions you might have re the site. (A pre arrival email could help with info on public transport, public footpaths and dog walking nearby, takeaways and delivery etc) The very first section of the walk into town is a bit hair raising (no pathways and poor visibility) until you get to the pavement. Had to carry the dog! Obviously not within the site managers control, worth being aware of not everyone has a dog you can pick up! Showers, toilets would benefit from extra cleaning and attention.

Liked: Nice clean and tidy pitches, did what it needed to do, good clean and tidy showers & loos even though they are in a porta cabin plenty of space and hot water, they are also unisex but didn’t bother us. It’s a good walk from town (up a hill) but taxis and buses are readily available. We were sent check in details and pitch number on email prior to arrival but hadn’t seen it, but not a problem as there was a friendly man to show us where to go.
Disliked: No recycling bins and bin area was a mess

Liked: Quiet area away from main roads. Had a lovely pool and jacuzzi (we didn't use it as we only stayed for one night). Only a 5min drive from Aberwystwth and other amenities. Toilets and shower blocks well maintained. No hassle check in.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: We had paid for 2 nights, but after less than half an hour, we packed up and left. There was no Reception or anyone to tell us where to park, the adjoining pitches were extremely rowdy kids running around unsupervised and the toilets were dreadful. We forfeited our £60 and went elsewhere.

From the manager: We are sorry that you were unable to find Reception, a member of staff to speak to and were unable to call us directly before you left or wrote this review. Reception is situated near the outdoor pool plus there were lots of Staff available on site. We clean and maintain our facilitates to a high standard frequently throughout the day. As a small family business we welcome children and we are sorry that you felt you had to leave. Best wishes, Lisa.
