Liked: Amazing site, very welcoming staff. We loved this site. Facilities were good which included two showers, well maintained toilet block, a small park that kept our 8 year old entertained. The staff were very welcoming on arrival and throughout our stay. Plenty of room to set up on that was not overcrowded at all and gave off relaxing vibes. WiFi available too if needed. We would definitely stay again.

Liked: The campsite was beautiful, nice and clean with great views. The surrounding area was amazing, we walked to Church Bay and had the best time. We will definitely go back. We had a group of us with children aged 6-13 and they loved it! Thank you!!

Liked: Size and location of site, freedom to choose where to pitch. We chose the site because of the nature, owls, beach nearby. Specifically the no amplified music attracted us to the site. Quiet, nature site in a rural setting. No light pollution.
Disliked: That the site advertised itself as not supporting amplified music of any kind yet people pitched up, set their generators and speakers up and ruined what could have been a great experience for our family. Didn't get to hear or see the owls. Did hear lots of music and swearing. Disappointing short break. Not the sites fault but really how do we find a campsite where people don't insist on playing their music to the whole site ?

Liked: Lovely natural surroundings. Watching barn owl hunt in the evening. Very quiet lane to beach. Friendly reception
Disliked: Insufficient facilities. Often queuing to wash up, shower, toilet and use hand sink. Water pressure also dropped if used elsewhere.

Liked: Huge pitches, clean facilities, nice playarea for the kids, stunning scenery, amazing wildlife, campfires, campsite shop serving delicious breakfasts, snacks, and drinks. The family running the site are fantastic, really friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Had such a good time we booked an extra night.
Disliked: Not so much a dislike more an FYI, they have recycling but other rubbish needs to be taken away with you.

Liked: Lovely quiet spot to pitch up. Large fields with no set pitch’s which was perfect for us because we were a large group with 5 tents.
Disliked: Only 2 showers and 2 toilets which was not enough for the amount of people at the camp site. Also the campsite do not have a license to get rid of your general waste so they ask you to take the waste home with you which is not ideal when you are staying for 4 nights with lots of food waste, we had a big problem trying to find bins at supermarkets to dispose of it and this was the biggest criticism.

Liked: The staff were lovely and always on hand to help, upon checking in we were given a booklet detailing what could be purchased from the shop and nearby walks to the coast. The shop that was operated on site provided firewood and a variety of drinks and snacks. There was a good choice of pitches to choose from.
Disliked: Longer grasses at the time of staying meant there were more flies etc, I believe this was due to technical difficulties with the tractor though. No general waste collection, not a major issue as may have missed it when booking but wasn’t aware prior to arriving. Lastly limited toilet and shower facilities for the size of the site, thus resulting in queues at peak times, there are two male and two female toilets, and two showers.

Liked: Great location, beautiful part of Anglesey. It’s only a short walk from the camp to the coast, where there’s a lovely bay and coastal walk and even saw seals. The site has a fairly quiet, family, relaxed atmosphere. The little shop on site sells great coffee - there’s a really friendly team who run it, always on hand to answer any questions and give some top tips.
Disliked: It’s quite exposed so we had a few very windy nights! It’s a shame they don’t have an ice pack exchange, or place to freeze things (but we did know this before we booked).

Liked: This site was great. Pick your own place to park. Great welcome. Lovely cafe which serves breakfast and snacks plus hot and cold drinks. You can hirer firepits or use your own. Lovely walk to the beach. The site is very quiet at night and a great place for star gazzing.
