Liked: Easy check in, central to the town
Disliked: Touring toilet block could do with a refurb very dated and small for the amount of pitches and the pitches could be a bit bigger. The water points need moving as other campers need to walk over pitches and this can cause issues.

Camping pod
Liked: Easy to book, fantastically friendly reception. Stayed in a pod and will now never use a tent again! Clean, cozy with electric and a handy fridge. Shower/toilet facilities were great.

Disliked: Motorhome pitch, more grass than gravel, shower facilities are poor. The tariff is high unlike the facilities.

Disliked: Lacking enough washing and toilet facilities for the number of visitors. Facilties were in need of cleaning as were entrance paths.

Liked: Good location & friendly staff. Bar and restaurant were nice with a good selection of food & drink at reasonable prices.
Disliked: The pitches were tiny and crammed in, badly organised so our neighbours were parked only a couple of metres from our door. The road was really narrow meaning that everyone drove on the grass to manoeuvre which meant everywhere was muddy. Lots of caravans had multiple visitors parking all over and very rowdy,

Liked: This was a deferred booking as we couldn’t make the original date, managed with no problem between pitch up and Riverside 👍🏻 Early but allowed to park in riverside car park before check in, had a meander up and down the high street then had lunch. Receptionist very friendly, checked in with lots of info. The clubhouse is just up the road from the main site, plenty activities for the children, evening entertainment, restaurant and bar. Good level pitch with river behind us. Visited the brewery, didn’t do the tour, will definitely do this next time. Can highly recommend the Milan restaurant, make sure to book ahead. Only downside, we couldn’t get a tv signal but that might be our ariel! Will be booking again later in the season.

Liked: Staff were very friendly, site was clean, the complex/bar etc was a little walk away but not too bad, a few broken amusement machines which the kids weren't happy about. But overall ok.
