Liked: All the facilities that we used was clean and tidy. Park is of good size and good for all ages. Dog friendly.

Disliked: Pool was overcrowed and some of the tiles were cracked and missing.

Liked: Lovely big pitches, friendly staff, the whole site was really clean.

Disliked: Clubhouse was really busy but it was a Bank Hol weekend. Seemed to be you could only order drinks to the table if you bought their wifi, which was annoying.

Liked: The grass pitches offer space to park as well as have outside space to sit and dine. Staff all friendly and helpful. Shower blocks and toilets were cleaned regularly. Very dog friendly park. Dogs even allowed into the entertainment within dog sections. Lots of nice walks to do and local train station. Highly recommended.

Disliked: Outside pools still closed but indoor was fully open. Just an observation not complaint.

Liked: Lovely clean site couldn’t fault it. Made all dogs welcome with a few treats. The shop had what you need.

Disliked: Only downside was not the site fault was some other dog owners. Rules were dogs on leads at all times but unfortunately that was not always the case as we have a nervous dog it did make things difficult for our dog.

Lady’s Mile is a site for the sea and sand fans, as it’s only a mile from two beaches where you can surf, swim, sail or just laze and sunbathe. Golf, fishing, horse riding and tennis are all nearby, or you could indulge in a spot of culture and wander around the nearby National Trust properties A la Ronde and Compton Castle. Want something a little more likely to appeal to the kids? Pack them in the car and take them off to Crealy Great Adventure Park a short drive away, where they can go gaga on the rides or go wild in the indoor jungle. Admission

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.

Safety

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Vehicles

Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
Continental touring caravans (caravans built with the passenger door on the right-hand side) are not permitted.

General

Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.

Dogs

Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.

Occupancy

Group bookings of 3 or more units (e.g. tent, caravan, RV or accommodation hire) traveling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.

General

In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
Ladders are not permitted.

Vehicles

The car is only included in the rate if you are traveling with a camper, trailer tent or tent. Cars are not permitted when traveling with a motorhome/RV.

The indoor swimming pool is open between 01/01 and 31/12.

The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
